Have you tried standing on a tower emplacement and dashing through the tower you want ? Do you have enough eyes ? The cost of the Towers and the number of eyes you have are on the top-left corner !

Does this game have an end or winning condition? I used all tower slots and reached wave 30 with 5000 eyes without anything to puchase with them, and the waves just keep coming...
Why don't they let me alone!? Oh wait! now the title makes sense XD

Why do the towers hurt me?
It's the concept of the game !! It's a bullet hell tower defense game !
